HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I just have time for a quick post & I wanted to wish you all a happy Turkey Day. I'm grateful for so many things this year, one of them being that I don't have to cook today. My friend & co-worker Norman invited us to his home for an Asian-American inspired holiday. We're not sure what to expect, but we know it will be wonderful, because Norman is a great chef, good-spirited & a sweetheart! Enjoy time with your family, friends & loved ones. Here's hoping your bellies & hearts get full!!

Having turducken here (3 birds in 1, chicken, turkey and duck) for dinner at the inlaws so I will wish you a happy Turducken Day instead of Turkey Day ;)

i have a wonderful friend who's wife is asian. they invited a "truck load" of her friends to enjoy a traditional thanksgiving dinner (cooked by my friend) and they all said his dinner scored a 99 of 100. i wonder how an asian thanksgiving dinner would be! you will have to share !
