Someday My Prince Will Come...

Or maybe a king. I returned home from a work dirty double to a wonderful surprise. The apartment was all aglow from candlelight & sweet smells of incense. Happy medieval festival music was playing. Tom, looking very charming sat me down, placed a crown upon my head & asked me to marry him. It was so theatrical, silly & beautiful all at once. I said yes! We toasted with my fav champagne (Perrier Jouet) in silver goblets that belonged to my grandparents. They sound like ringing bells when clanged together. He slipped a pretty ring upon my finger, though it's not the real one. It will follow soon & I'm told that I'll get another proposal at that time. Two proposals from my adorable man? What more can a girl ask for? I would love to share all of the pictures, but some things just have to be kept private, so here's a little peek.

CONGRATULATIONS! How lucky to have such a sweet and creative proposal. It must reflect the kind of guy you will have for a husband.
I want to tell you that I did go to Angelina's. SWOON. Quicheandchocolateandcream.
and... we went to the Maille shop where I bought some really interesting little pots of mustard!
Thanks for your tips.
