I promise that I will not bore you with all the wedding details, but this I must share. I found a dress!! Michele Roth's sample sale was today. It was a bit hectic with lots of grabbing & a bit of shoving. Girls stepping on dresses & trains. No one was shy. Women stripped naked right in the middle of the showroom. I tried on about 5 dresses & while 2 were ok, neither were "the one". I was just about to leave when something caught my eye. I took it into the dressing room, put it on & a very nice girl zipped me up & pulled the dress from behind, so I could see what it will look like once it's altered. I actually got giddy over the sight of me in the gown. I wish I could describe it in detail to you all, but Tom reads this site daily & I want him to be surprised. I will tell you that it's sleek, sexy & truly resembles a winter wonderland dress. Something about the beading sparkles like snowflakes. And what a bargain! The dress retailed for $3500 & it was purchased today by me for $600. That's still a bit more than I wanted to spend, but wait till you see it! The beading, buttons & material & lining are so worth it.
