Hello there -- first off, congratulations on your BoB nomination. While looking at the nominees, I came across this recipe. I love poaching chicken and think that REALLY flavoring the poaching liquid like this is going to produce an amazingly delicious result. The relish is new to me, and I can't wait to try it. It's in the crock now. I'm going to post it on my blog, along with credit to you! www.sprboston.com/seanssoapbox.html

I'll let you know how it comes out!
