I live in NYC & yes, I'm a Yankees fan, but, the Red Soxs won fair & square. They totally out played our team & obviously they really wanted to win more. And besides, the curse is not fully broken unless they win the World Series. So, we'll just have to wait & see what happens.
I am sitting here at the computer wearing my pink boston hat not feeling at all a bit sorry for you yankees fans! Come on Dawn, you're from RI! I know most of our family members are Yankees fans but can't you just root for the sox just this one time!!!
Becky, I was o.k with the Red Soxs beating my team. I mean, I didn't cry or anything. But, I don't know if I can actually root for them to win the World Series. O.K. how about a compromise? I will not put a malork(the evil eye) on them. I'll just let whatever is suppose to happen, happen.
I have to say, I can accept that. My mother was giving the malork hardcore the other night...she was even sitting on it! I wanted to break her fingers! Go Sox!!
