Last night, I didn't try out a family recipe. I made grilled cheese. My grilled cheese sandwiches rock! Maybe, I should write a grilled cheese cookbook, instead. I could have that book written in no time at all.
You know Dawn, when I read your posting I thought – “hmmm maybe there was a niche for a good grilled cheese sandwich book”. It turns out someone wrote one already! I mentioned it to a friend who told me about "Grilled Cheese: 50 Recipes to Make You Melt" by Marlena Spieler"
You could compare your recipes to hers, perhaps? There is probably room for another book too.
I was only kidding about changing my Italian recipe ideas to a grilled cheese book. But, I totally want that grilled cheese cookbook for myself. Grilled cheese, Hmmmmmm.......
Butter 2 slices White Bread, Place American cheese (from the deli of course) on the unbuttered side of the bread with a slice of ripe tomato, sprinkle with Oregano.
